The ideal candidate will have experience managing volunteers, working with diverse communities and leadership.

- Mentor a team of humanitarian volunteers. Provide regular feedback and support.
- Preparation of presentation materials and fundraising reports.
- Participate in activities aimed at promoting the organization, the formation of a positive image, participation in PR events
- Manage humanitarian strategy
- Plan and execute fundraising and donation campaigns to support the initiative and its programs.
- Partner closely with other departments to ensure completion of humanitarian goals

- Present your roadmap and reports at FUR/HELP meetings monthly

About the role
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about humanitarian work and wants to help refugees get to safety.
Responsibilities
- Help guide our overall strategy through humanitarian aid, safespace management and emergency aid management
- Reporting directly to your coordinator, but still self-sufficient and independent
- Identify and assess the needs of refugees and work to provide them with the necessary assistance and support
- Work to attract donors and partners, develop cooperation with existing partners
- Help coordinators execute fundraising and donation campaigns
- Follow the humanitarian strategy and suggest changes if you know how to improve it
- Help coordinators make reports and roadmaps by submitting information they need

We are looking for someone with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in IT is preferred, but not required. We value individuality, skills and passion.
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of all web applications and presence of FUR/HELP
- Brainstorming ideas for the web apps and other web-based content of FUR/HELP with other departments and teams
- Cooperation with other departments to create, manage and change scripts and code
